                               RESOLUTION NO. 20123
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF SIX
                   THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS
                   ($6,745.00) TO PETERSON OUTDOORS FOR THE
                   REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF AN EXISTING SIGN
                   LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MCCALLIE AVENUE
                   NEAR THE EAST END OF THE VIADUCT IN ORDER TO
                   PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
                   OF THE CONTRACTOR ENGAGED IN THE BRIDGE
                   CONSTRUCTION.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       payment of $6,745.00 to Peterson Outdoors for the removal and
       relocation of an existing sign located on the south side of
       McCallie Avenue near the east end of the viaduct in order to
       provide access to the construction equipment of the contractor
       engaged in the bridge construction.
